Tank 1990 is a hack of Battle City made by Chinese bootleg company, Yanshan Software. The hack includes 15 hacks of Battle City, each labeled from A to N. Each of these hacks have a combination of new levels with different enemy waves. Enemy tanks have mixed abilities, like small tanks have armor like large tanks, large tanks appear without armor. New powerups are available, like the gun icon that instantly buffs the player tank and the ship icon where the player can move on water. Beware! Enemy tanks can pickup the powerups, too!

Game controls:
The NES version of Tank 1990 was originally controlled via the NES controller with a cross-shaped joypad and two action buttons. gamepad buttons are emulated by different keys on your PC keyboard depending on the settings of your online emulator (see the table next to the game).
Use the D-pad to direct your tank in any one of four directions. Diagonals are not possible.
Press A or B button to fire in the direction your tank is currently facing.
Same function as button A.
Press Select on the title screen menu to select between a one or two player game.
Use to start the game. Press during play to pause. Press again to resume play.
